Sources

Know which source works

Every application records the link it arrived through. After a few roles that tells you which channels are worth posting to.

One link per channel
Each board, group or referrer gets its own. Applications attach to it.
Recorded, not self-reported
Taken from the link they clicked, not a dropdown the candidate fills in.
Counted past the application
Every source shows how many of its applicants reached interview and hire.

Centralized communication

Every conversation, note and file in one place

Candidate emails, team notes and documents belong to the candidate record. Everyone works from the same history, even when ownership changes.

One shared candidate thread
Messages and candidate replies are visible to the hiring team, not trapped in the inbox of whoever sent them.
The context stays beside the conversation
Résumés, portfolios and internal notes live on the same candidate record as the communication they informed.
Anyone can pick up where you left off
A teammate can see the latest exchange, check the activity and take the next step without asking for a handover.

Import

Bring the candidates you already have

The people sitting in a spreadsheet or an old system come across in one upload. Map the columns once and they are candidates like any other.

A CSV from wherever they are now
Your spreadsheet or your old ATS. You map the columns; nothing has to match our names.
Duplicates are caught before they land
Rows matching someone you already have are flagged, not added a second time.
Imported straight onto a role
Pick the job and they arrive as applicants on it, ready to be scored with the rest.

Interviews

From reply to interview

You offer a time from the candidate’s profile. Their reply, the calendar invitation and the confirmation stay on the same thread.

Candidates reply to the email
Their answer lands back on the thread, not in someone’s personal inbox.
The invite is a real calendar file
It opens in Google, Outlook or Apple. Nothing to install on their side.
You see whether they confirmed
Accepted, declined or asked for another time, recorded on the interview.

Candidate data

What happens to the data you collect

An ATS holds the most sensitive files a company ever asks strangers for. Here is where they go, who can reach them, and how they leave.

Never used to train models

Reqcore does not train AI models on your candidates. Applications are read to score them against your role, and that is the end of it.

Deleting means deleting

Erasing a candidate removes the records, the uploaded files in storage, the AI results, interviews, comments and log entries — not a hidden flag on a row we keep.

You set the retention window

Each organisation decides how long candidate data lives. Expiring candidates sit in a recoverable 30-day quarantine before anything is erased, so a mistake is not final.

Access and portability in one click

Any candidate exports as JSON — profile, applications, answers, interviews, scores and the reasoning behind them — which is what an access or portability request asks for.

Files are never publicly addressable

Documents are served through your authenticated session rather than from storage links. There is no URL that hands a résumé to someone who guessed it.

You are the controller, we process

The candidate data belongs to your organisation. We process it to run your hiring and never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

Hosted on Railway in the United States behind Cloudflare, with standard contractual clauses covering transfers out of the EEA. Product analytics are opt-in only, run on PostHog's EU instance, and never touch candidate content. A data processing agreement is available on request from privacy@reqcore.com.

Questions

What people ask before they start

Anything that is not answered here, ask us directly at hello@reqcore.com.

Will the AI reject someone I should have seen?
It never rejects anyone. It ranks the pile and attaches its reasoning; you decide who moves on. Applications it cannot assess confidently are ranked up rather than down, so they land in front of you instead of at the bottom. The only automatic rejections are the knockout rules you write yourself.
How do I know a score is right?
Every criterion is quoted back to the sentence it came from in the résumé or the application answers. A claim that is not in the application does not lift the score. Open the application next to the breakdown and you can check it in a few seconds.
Half the applications are written with AI now. Does the scoring still work?
A well-written application still has to say something specific about your criteria. Reqcore scores what is actually claimed and shows you the line it scored, so a fluent answer with nothing behind it reads as exactly that.
Do you charge more when more people apply?
No. Applicants are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You are priced on how many roles you have open, so 300 applicants and 30,000 applicants cost the same.
When do I actually start paying?
The free plan runs one active role with 50 AI shortlist runs, no card and no countdown. That is enough to rank a real pile and see whether the ranking holds up. Paid plans start at $79 a month, for when you open a second role or want unlimited scoring.
We only hire a few times a year.
Then stay on the free plan and close the role once the hire is done. Only open roles count against the limit, so a closed one does not hold your slot, and the candidates stay in the account for the next opening.
Do we have to move off the system we use today?
No. Post one role in Reqcore, bring the candidates you already have across in one CSV upload, and leave the rest where it is. There is no migration project and nothing to install.
How many seats do we get?
All of them. Paid plans are priced per active role, not per user, so every recruiter and hiring manager who reviews candidates can log in, comment and move people through the pipeline.
What happens to the data if we leave?
It stays yours the whole time. Models are never trained on it, you set how long it lives, and any candidate exports as JSON with their applications, interviews and scores. You can cancel from billing settings whenever you want.
