Norwegian public-sector employers — municipalities, state agencies, health trusts — typically require integration with Finn.no (the dominant Norwegian job board) and NAV. The main options in this segment are:

The most widely used ATS in Norwegian public procurement. Deep Finn.no and NAV integrations. Enterprise pricing. Owned by Visma Group.
Easycruit (Visma)
Part of Visma's HR suite. Used in Norwegian SMBs and mid-market companies already in the Visma ecosystem. Finn.no integration included.
